What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order means you are securing your item before it is officially in our warehouse. This guarantees that your size and color are reserved just for you. Because these are specially produced for this collection, there is a production timeline before we can ship them out.
When will my Pre-Order ship?
All Pre-Order items from the Soft Girl Era and Essence collections are estimated to ship by late May 2026. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
I ordered Ready-to-Ship items AND Pre-Order items. When will I get them?
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may ship them in separate packages. Please keep an eye on your email for tracking updates for each shipment.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the status.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely in love with your SooBlessedLuxe pieces!
• Ready-to-Ship Items: Unworn and unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Pre-Order Items: Because these items are made-to-order, all pre-orders are considered final sale. Please double-check your sizing and color selection before placing your order.
What if my item is damaged or I received the wrong size?
If there is an error with your order or an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at sbluxebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right!

How do your clothes fit?
Our collections are designed for comfort and luxury. We offer inclusive sizing ranging from XS to 2XL. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed loungewear fit.
