Refund policy

At SooBlessedLuxe, we strive to provide high-quality pieces that make you feel confident and blessed. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. All sales are final. By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to these terms.

2. EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We understand that sometimes things don’t fit quite right. We accept items for Exchange or Store Credit onlywithin 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Items with makeup, deodorant stains, or scents (perfume/smoke) will not be accepted for exchange.

Note: For hygiene reasons, loungewear, intimates, and sale items are strictly Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, please contact us at sbluxebeauty@gmail.com within 48 hoursof delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We will handle the replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item for exchange or store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been scanned by the carrier and marked as "Delivered," SooBlessedLuxe is no longer responsible for the package. Please contact your local post office for any delivery issues.
