SooBlessedLuxe Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with SooBlessedLuxe! We are dedicated to getting your luxe pieces to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume sales or new collection drops, processing may take up to 7 business days.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery after the processing period.

Express Shipping: Options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to reship the package.

4. TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

SooBlessedLuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) marks your package as "Delivered," our responsibility ends. If your package is missing but shows as delivered, please contact your local post office or the carrier to file a claim.
